    As another remarkable year draws to a close, the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce invites you to our 2025 Annual Meeting — a celebration of the people, partnerships, and purpose that keep our region moving forward.

    Inspired by the spirit of Between Two Rivers, our signature tourism and identity brand, this year’s theme reflects the connections that run through our business community like the waters that shape our land — strong, steady, and always flowing forward.

    At this annual gathering of members, we’ll raise a glass to shared success, recognize those who’ve gone above and beyond, and chart the course for a bold new chapter. The evening will include:

    • A look back at the year’s milestones and the impact made possible by the collective strength of our membership.
    • A formal leadership transition, as we honor outgoing Board Chair Kim Iler Morgan (Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic) and welcome incoming Chair Brett Bennett (Greenland Developers).
    • Recognition of our outgoing board members, volunteers, and the dedicated staff who fuel our mission every day.
    • Acknowledgment of our Enhanced Investors, whose support deepens our reach and broadens our impact.
    • Celebration of the Leadership Effingham graduating class, who represent the next generation of civic and business leadership.
    • Presentation of the prestigious Treutlen Award, honoring one individual whose quiet leadership and community spirit exemplify the values of selfless service.
    • Official business of the Chamber, as we fulfill our bylaws and conduct the Annual Meeting of the Members.
    This is more than a ceremony — it’s a tribute to what we’ve built together, and a toast to where we’re headed next!
