    Throughout the evening, we’ll recognize outstanding members, volunteers, and Enhanced Investors; celebrate the Leadership Effingham Class of 2025; and formally transition Board leadership, honoring outgoing Chair Kim Iler Morgan (Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic) and welcoming incoming Chair Brett Bennett (Greenland Developers). We’ll also present the prestigious Treutlen Award to an individual who exemplifies quiet leadership and community spirit.
