    The Chamber proudly presented the John Adam Treutlen Award posthumously to Harry Shearouse, recognizing a lifetime of leadership, service, and dedication to Effingham County. His loved ones accepted the Chamber's highest honor in celebration of a remarkable legacy that will continue to inspire future generations.
