    Join us for the Effingham County Chamber’s annual State of the County Luncheon — a signature event bringing together local leaders and business stakeholders for an important look at the growth, opportunities, and challenges shaping Effingham County.

    In a community experiencing significant growth and change, understanding what is happening today—and what is coming next—matters to every business, organization, and community leader. This 90-minute program offers a unique opportunity to hear directly from the leaders guiding our county’s future and gain perspective on how those decisions and developments will impact our business community.

    The program will feature brief presentations from:
    • Effingham County Government
    • Effingham County School District
    • Effingham County Industrial Development Authority (ECIDA)

    Following these updates, a moderated panel discussion will bring together voices from the business community to explore the realities of growth from an industry perspective. The conversation will examine the opportunities and challenges facing businesses in Effingham County, as well as the workforce, infrastructure, education, and economic development priorities that will influence our continued success.

    Attendees will leave with a broader understanding of where Effingham County is today, what is driving its growth, and what we need to be thinking about next—providing valuable context for business decisions, community engagement, and long-term planning.
