    Event Description:

    Effingham Artists invites you to help celebrate the grand opening of their new community art studio in downtown Springfield. Led by Director Lindsey Gerow, the Effingham Artists Studio is a collaborative teaching space where members and the public can explore a variety of visual art techniques—including ceramics, drawing, painting, printmaking, and fiber arts.

    This special event will include the announcement of winners from the Capturing Effingham Photography Contest, with entries on display in the hallway gallery. Guests are also invited to enjoy the RC Art Show at Realty Companies from 5–8 PM, where original works by local artists will be available for purchase.

    Light refreshments will be served, and attendees will have the chance to win door prizes—including free classes, Effingham Artists memberships, and original artwork! Everyone present will also receive a one-time-use discount code for a class of their choice.
