In conjunction with America’s Second Harvest, United Way is hosting a Mobile Food Pantry on Tuesday, August 14th from 11 am -1 pm. This event provides supplemental food to Effingham families when budgets are stretched and needs arise at the beginning of the school year. Clients are served on a first-come, first-served basis, will be asked to complete a short USDA form upon arrival and provide proof of Effingham residency with a valid ID.
Please help us spread the word to Effingham families who are in need of this service by sharing this email and/or posting the attached flyer at your organization. Luckily, we are all set with volunteers this year and do not need any additional. However, my thanks goes out to many of you who have volunteered with us in the past - I appreciate your commitment!
