    Are you passionate about gymnastics or dance and love working with kids? Do you want to help young athletes unlock their full potential while being part of a fun, supportive, and high-energy team? We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Youth Instructors to join us at Riverfront Gymnastics and inspire the next generation of gymnasts! What You'll Do: - Lead high-energy gymnastics sessions that are equal parts fun and skill-building. - Create dynamic, engaging activities tailored to campers’ age and ability levels. - Focus on fundamentals like strength, flexibility, balance, and technique—with a splash of summer fun! - Be the ultimate hype squad—encouraging, supporting, and cheering on every camper. - Foster a safe, supportive, and confidence-boosting environment that makes every kid feel like a champion. - Collaborate with fellow coaches and counselors to keep the camp day running smoothly and positively. - Communicate with staff and parents about camper progress, daily wins, and fun camp moments. What We're Looking For: - A positive, upbeat personality—we want coaches who radiate fun and inspire excitement! - Experience working with kids of all ages (bonus if you’ve worked in a camp or recreational setting). - Gymnastics knowledge or coaching experience is an added bonus. - Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with young athletes. - Reliability, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping kids learn and grow. - Team player mentality with a flexible, can-do attitude—camp days are full of surprises!
