    Job Description
    Ardry Trading Company, an international distributor and manufacturer located in Rincon, Georgia is seeking a full-time, bilingual (English and Spanish), Inside Sales/Shipping Support Assistant. 
    This role involves close interaction with our sales team in the support of a full range of critical sales channel needs such as:
    • Responding to customer requests and providing customer service ,
    • Preparing and sending quotations on behalf of the sales team,
    • Entering orders and maintaining order files,
    • Coordinating with Ardry warehouse and suppliers to ensure orders are packed in a timely fashion, are accurate, are properly prepared for shipping, and ship on time,
    • Verifying orders received from suppliers into warehouse are accurate and not damaged,
    • Preparing all shipping documents and certificates,
    • Coordinating with freight forwarders, customers, shipping companies and suppliers to provide routing information, shipping instructions and documentation to ensure deliveries arrive on time to the correct location,
    • Tracking orders to their destination ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved to avoid delays,
    • Resolving shipping discrepancies and customer complaints,
    • Preparing reports for sales and management,
    • Miscellaneous projects as required.
     
    Qualifications:
    • Must be fluent (speaking, writing, and reading) in English and Spanish,
    • Must be proficient in core Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.),
    • Must have excellent business writing skills,
    • Must have excellent oral business communication skills, including the ability to speak with persons of various social, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds,
    • Must have the ability to work independently, think critically, and meet deadlines while working collaboratively as a member of the sales/shipping support team,
    • Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task, and follow through on assignments with minimal direction.
    • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/inventory management software preferred,
    • Shipping experience a plus,
    • Knowledge of the metric system and U.S. equivalents, along with experience performing weight and measurements operations a plus,
    • Export compliance and documentation knowledge a plus.
