    Carlson and Co. will host its very own, weeklong summer camp on July 11-15 9:00am - 1:00pm at The Local on Laurel, 606 N. Laurel St., Springfield. This weeklong camp will consist of day-to-day instructions on how to design with florals, care instructions for all kinds of plants, succulents and cactuses, and unique takeaways that kids will carry with them. Each day will consist of structured classes with informative and educational activities. Thursday's class pick-up and drop-off location will be at Lakeview Retirement Home where kids will design floral arrangements with residents. Lunch will be provided each day by Simply Southern.     The Savannah Interagency Diversity Council and the Effingham Chamber will host their second joint conference focusing on the many dimensions of physical & mental disabilities. The event will be held on Saturday, May 21, 9am to noon at the First Baptist Church of Rincon, 201 East 6th Street Rincon, GA 31326. All are welcome to attend.
